A few months ago, the winners of the 2021 Master Builders-Bankwest Excellence in Construction Awards were announced. Master Builders and Bankwest acknowledged many companies across WA for their excellence, and awarded some businesses as the best in their categories. However, as we all know, a building is not complete without its signage. The Signs & Lines team is proud to have supported many of these projects by providing them with some of the best signage in WA.
Multiplex:
A report on the WA Master Builder Awards wouldn’t be complete without mention of Multiplex Constructions. Multiplex won the Best Bankwest Project award, with their NEXTDC Perth Data Centre. We are honoured to have provided signage for Multiplex, and you can read more about their excellent development in our Case Study here.
Encon Construction:
We’d also like to congratulate Encon Construction for their office building refurbishment at 3 Ord Street in West Perth, WA.
They won two awards with their excellent quality and attention to detail:-
Best Refurbishment $1.5 – $5 million
Best Office Building $1.5-$5 million
It was a great pleasure to provide Encon with this high class, stand-out building signage, and we hope to maintain our relationship in the future.
PACT Construction:
A huge congratulations to PACT Construction for their excellent work at Arthouse Apartments in Joondalup and the 5 Awards for the “Belmont Hub” – City of Belmont’s new Community Centre.

It is very rewarding to work alongside a company whose attention to environmental issues is as strong as theirs. We need more companies like PACT in WA!

Thanks also to ADCO Constructions, for involving us in their $13 million fit out of the Kings Square North Campus in Fremantle, WA. We thoroughly enjoyed working alongside ADCO and providing them with the signage they needed.
Perkin Builders:
Furthermore, we’d like to say a huge thanks also to Perkins Builders for involving us in their upgrade of the international terminal at Perth Airport. Perkins won the award for excellence in workplace health and safety, a quality we strive towards at Signs & Lines. We are grateful to be a part of what Perkins have created and excited at the prospect of partnering again into the future.
DORIC Contractors:
And finally, a huge congratulations to DORIC Contractors for winning the award for the Best Civil Engineering Works. Their quality and attention to detail made it well worth the wait. Their dedication and commitment to the Department of Defence is commendable. We are thrilled to have provided DORIC with signage.
A huge congratulations to all the WA award winners. This last year it has been even more difficult to be crowned as ‘the best’ due to all the outstanding projects.
