Producing a Digital Pylon
At 5.5 metres tall, the double sided pylon sign was made from a fabricated steel framework, which was carefully curated for durabilty. The pylon was clad with aluminium which ran flush with the digital screen. Our in house spray painters prepped and painted elements with a 2 pac finish to match the colour specified by City of Wanneroo. The pylon graphics and wording were created using vinyl graphics with a UV matte laminate over to provide graffiti resistance.
The screens were tested in house prior to installation to ensure the P6 screens were perfect.
