Transforming ADHD WA: A Fresh New Courtyard Experience

Multiplex approached Signs & Lines to help bring their graduate community project to life. We were proud to support the initiative pro bono. The goal was clear: create a calmer, more functional courtyard for ADHD WA. This is a space that supports focus, wellbeing, and positive interaction. With several companies collaborating, our role was to deliver high quality signage to create a fresh space for ADHD WA.

Our team contributed with a range of internal and external signage elements such as:

  • Window Vinyl
  • Door Signs
  • Glass Decals
  • PVC Cut Signs
A Trusted Partnership with Multiplex

Our relationship with Multiplex spans across multiple large-scale developments, including:

  • ECU City Campus
  • Brookfield Place
  • EY
  • St John of God and many others.

This project is part of their graduate program, an initiative where graduates lead a community-focused project that makes a difference. ADHD WA, provides education, support programs, counselling, and advocacy to individuals and families navigating ADHD.

Why Signage Matters in Wellbeing Spaces
  1. Thoughtful signage is essential in environments designed to support neurodiverse individuals.
  2. Window vinyls soften natural light, reducing glare and sensory overload.
  3. Affirmation decals introduce warmth, encouragement, and a sense of safety.
  4. Clear “Quiet Area” and “Do Not Enter” signage helps structure the space, supporting emotional regulation and reducing overstimulation.
  5. Every element serves a functional purpose while enhancing the atmosphere.

This resulted in a courtyard that feels like a fresh space for ADHD WA and their community.

Fast Turnaround, Tailored Signage Solutions

This project moved quickly with just one month from first contact to final installation.  Our team planned, produced, and installed a range of customised signage pieces that fit both the aesthetic and functional needs of the space.

Delivered items included:

          • Door and gate signage for easy navigation
          • Glass decals to soften visibility and add personality
          • PVC dye-cut lettering for durable, high-impact messaging
          • Window film to regulate light and create calm visual zone

Each sign was crafted to complement the courtyard’s layout, ensuring every visitor could interact with the space with ease and confidence.
